About the Building and Plumbing Responsibilities of the Authority

The Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority is the permit authority for all building and plumbing works in the Cove.  
 
The Authority is responsible for ensuring that all building and plumbing works in the Cove comply with the Building Act 2000, the Building Code of Australia, the Tasmanian Plumbing Regulations 2004 and Tasmanian Building Regulations 2004.
